The niche we seem to fit nicely is prototype through low volume production 1-2000 pcs annual is common production quantities. Our ability to laser-turret / turn / mill / weld / stamp / plate / paint all from our two facilities here in Rochester NY, are I believe, what has afforded us the ability to stay competitive in this very demanding marketplace. Lead-time varies pending complexity of components but a typical prototype could be manufactured in as little as 2-5 days. Normal production varies between 4-8 weeks pending workload as well as complexity.
